I saw Comfort Calvary working at my neighbors 6-23-25 and was outside when the service technician finished up. As he was approaching his van I introduced myself to Kaeden and proceeded to ask him about my A/C unit concerns. Kaeden was very polite and informative about the maintenance checkup and cleaning for my A/C. He said this was his last appointment and had to call the office to confirm finishing at my neighbors, and said if I wanted to have my A/C unit checked now he could find out. He called the office and had me talk to Nancy who was very polite and accommodating and was able to set me up for an appointment at that time. Kaeden came in checked out the inside furnace and then went outside to clean and inspect outside unit. When he was finished he came in and explained all that was done and gave me a couple recommendations. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough in giving me his opinion on what I could do to optimize my A/C unit. I called the office later that day and talked to Nancy again and set up an appointment with Kaden for the following week to install 5-2-1- Compressor saver and a recharge.
