They are nice, they are knowledable and service oriented and every time, they go far above and beyond. In a time when it's hard to find good service and good people, we can always rely on Comfort Cavalry!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! July 2022: Our system was old and not running great. I called Comfort Cavalry to make an appointment, got their voicemail and hung up figuring I would call back later. 20 minutes later Emily called saying she saw I called. Impressive! Joe came the next day to inspect and maintain our system. He prepared our options as our AC and furnace had a lot of issues. We decided for replacement and duct cleaning. The full payment and cash option with a deep discount is awesome! The 2 guys who did the duct cleaning the next day and the 3 guys who installed everything the following day were all absolutely awesome. They looked professional, acted professional and did top notch professional work. They respected me and my home, they left it better than they found it for sure. Their technology is amazing, text reminders, info about who was coming out and their photo, quotes and receipts within seconds via email.
